Bootcamp - Boot camp runs Monday–Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., and 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Personal group training runs Monday–Thursday from 5:30 a.m. to 6:30 a.m., 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Kardio Fit - Push your body to the next level. Enjoy intervals of kickboxing and athletic drills. All fitness levels are encouraged to participate. You may work at your own pace.

Kickboxing - High energy class involving punching, kicking, and combinations that will build cardiovascular endurance, core strength, and increase hand-eye coordination.

Stretch & Relax - Flexibility is a very important element of fitness that is often neglected. This class (over-time) will increase flexibility, decrease joint and muscle pain, and increase core strength. Make the effort to increase the "wellness" of your body through an activity that is gentle and restorative. Times varies. Please inquire.

ZUMBA - Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Zumba's choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. Squats and lunges are also included.

Posing - NEW! Getting young ladies ready for bikini and figure competitions.

Payment is due before each class begins

$250 per month
Payment for the following month is always due on the last day of each month. 
(ex., payment for Feb 2013 is due Jan 31). You will be given a CLASS PUNCH CARD.
